Inauguration of -10th Bangladesh Leather & Footwear Expo 2026 Held in Dhaka

The 10th Bangladesh Leather & Footwear Expo (BLF) 2026, an international tradeshow on leather, leather goods, footwear, machinery, components, chemicals and accessories, was successfully held from 24–26 September 2026 at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka. The three-day expo was jointly organized by the Bangladesh Tanners Association (BTA), Leather Engineers and Technologists Society Bangladesh (LETSB) and LIMRA Trade Fairs and Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., bringing together more than 250 companies from Bangladesh and abroad. The expo was inaugurated on 24 September by Mr. Md. Ataur Rahman Khan, ndc, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh, who attended as the Chief Guest. Mr. Benazir Ahmed, Chairman, Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC), attended as the Special Guest, while Mr. Md. Sakawat Ullah, Senior Vice Chairman, Bangladesh Tanners Association (BTA), presided over the ceremony. BLF 2026 provided a platform for manufacturers, exporters, buyers, suppliers, technology providers and entrepreneurs to explore new technologies, products, business opportunities and potential partnerships across the leather and footwear value chain. The successful 10th edition further strengthened BLF’s role as a platform for industry networking, technology exchange, export development and sustainable growth of Bangladesh’s leather and footwear sector
