A delegation of the European Union (EU) along with the representatives of the EU Member States visited Tannery Industrial Estate Dhaka on 21 March, 2023.
They visited CETP, Bengal Pelli Export Co. Ltd., Anjuman Trading Corporation and attended a meeting with Bangladesh Tanners Association (BTA) after the visit.
BTA Chairman, Mr. Md. Shaheen Ahamed, Vice-Chairman, Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, General Secretary, Mr. Md. Shakawat Ullah, Executive Committee member, Mr. Kazi Aminul Hasan, Mr. Sadeak Babu, Head of projects & program, Mr. Rehana Akter Ruma, officials from GIZ, BTA and other development partners attended the visit and the meeting.
